Our Mission
Our mission is to provide access for all to quality fresh produce, address food insecurity, represent community diversity and strengthen neighborhood relationships through our support of local farmers and by providing a central gathering place. The market promotes healthy eating, food education, and close ties between farms and our urban community.
Our Programs
In addition to fresh local foods, the Woodstock Farmers Market has several programs to help build a community gathering place.
SNAP/EBT
The Woodstock Farmers Market is happy to exchange SNAP/EBT funds for tokens to spend with our vendors. We are matching up to $20 each week in Double Up Food Bucks to extend SNAP/EBT purchasing power towards fresh fruits and vegetables. Stop by the Token/Info booth for more information.
Community Booth
Each week, the Woodstock Farmers Market Community Booth features a non-profit community organization. These organizations focus on healthy living, local farms, sustainability, community involvement and more.
KIDS ACTIVITES
Our program provides kids, big and small, an opportunity to get crafty and be entertained.
